Supplier Email Instructions
Provide the following to have an email campaign sent out to tens of thousands of distributors.
- Subject of the email
- Who the email is coming from? It is almost always your company or product line name.
- Pre-header text. This is a brief 1-2 liner that describes what is in the email
- At the top of every email is a menu bar. We can customize this menu bar to include whatever you want. For each option, you need to tell us what happens such as going to a specific URL address or sending an email to a specific person. Common options are:
- Samples or Free Samples
- New Products
- On Sale
- Client Safe Flyer - You must provide a client safe flyer in a JPG or PNG file it you want this in the menu
- Contact Us
- For the flyer/images, you can provide one or more images. For each image, please let us know what to do when it is clicked like go to a specific URL address. We can customize the images however you want, but we do have two defaults layouts:
- Single image: 1000 x 1,000-1,500 pixels (wide x tall)
- Main image with two secondary images. 1) Main image 1,000 x 1,000 2) Secondary images 500 x 500
- Minimum font size of 18 pt, but 22 pt and larger is recommended
- Provide your logo in a jpg or png file. It should be a low resolution, around 300 x 300 pixels
- Provide your contact info to be included in the email: phone number, email address and web address
- Provide any other info you want to be included in the email such as ASI/Sage/DC numbers and social media page URL's.
